Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where the price shown was wrong, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden additions. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging anything rather than fulfil at the mistaken figure.
Delivery
We deliver to United States addresses only. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and standard ground delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipping costs $5.95, free from $35. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.
Returns
You may return unused goods within 30 days of delivery under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights.
Product information
We describe stock as accurately as we can, including sizes, materials and compatibility. Photographs are representative; colours vary between screens. Where a manufacturer changes a specification without notice we update the listing as soon as we learn of it.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered. Goods are sold for their ordinary purpose and must be used according to any instructions supplied.
