Why we hold it
To pack and deliver your order, to answer you when you write, to handle returns and refunds, and to keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep. We do not use it for anything else.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to: the carrier that delivers your parcel, our web host, and our accountant. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets cookies to keep your basket contents between pages and to remember whether you are signed in. Blocking them in your browser will stop the basket from working. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one business day.
