Shipping Policy
Orders are picked at the Sixth Avenue shop and handed to a carrier the same week.

Order placed
You get a confirmation email straight away. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before writing to us.

Picked and packed
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Standard ground delivery takes 3–7 business days once the parcel is collected.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. You can also use our Track Order page.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders.
Silicone items are light, so most orders move in one small parcel.
If a parcel goes missing
If tracking has not moved for five working days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be found we replace it or refund it in full — that is our cost to carry, not yours.
