Refund and Returns Policy

Anything unopened can come back within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the condition it arrived in.

What we cannot take back

  • Items that have been used, washed, installed or assembled.
  • Anything returned without its original packaging or with parts missing.
  • Opened personal-care, hygiene or consumable items, on health grounds.
  • Anything sent back after the 30 days window has closed.

How to send something back

  1. Tell us within 30 days

    Email [email protected] with your order number and what you are sending back.

  2. We send return instructions

    Issued within 1 business day of your request. Please do not post anything back before you have them.

  3. Pack it as it arrived

    Original packaging, all parts and any protective film still in place.

  4. Refund

    Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, the item price is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Photograph the box and the item before unpacking any further and email the pictures to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. That is all we need to put it right at our expense.
